We Are Securadin
The idea for Securadin began many years ago… In a galaxy not so far away.
Our journey began while I was working as a Network Specialist when the Cloud was just starting to gain traction. Like most Information Technology (IT) personnel, I spent most of my time monitoring the network, help-desk operations, and technical control implementation (Firewalls, IDS, IPS, Qualys Scanning, etc.). One day, an executive came to me and said, "We need ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certification. This appears to be an IT problem, you have a week to present to a prospect."
To make the story concise, I worked hard, found a reputable consulting firm and began working on the certification. Only to have the firm not be the experts they presented themselves to be and the audit went horribly wrong. I was on the receiving end of yelling, endless hours of work to fix it, and almost lost my job.
I made a promise to myself in the aftermath. If given the chance, I would never allow what happened to repeat itself, to me or anyone else. Out of this promise, Securadin was born.

Accomplishment
Through years of education, on the job experience, and the pursuit of continued knowledge, Securadin has helped numerous organizations with achieving compliance in various standards. Such as ISO 27001, FTC Safeguards Rule, etc.
Creativity
Securadin approaches cybersecurity in a different way. We look at an organization as a whole and how to best protect it. Not just achieving this certification, that certification, and implementing a minimal process for protection.
Community
